How do you define value?  Value can mean different things to different companies. Before a technical review can happen, Chicago Technology Brokers starts all engagements with a rigorous questionnaire about your business, processes, goals and technology needs.  This is a crucial first step in understanding our clients real needs.

Using a combination of custom and best practice tools, we collect and analyze many details of your business processes and technology landscape.  This includes general inventory and health, risk and vulnerabilities, lifecycle and obsolescence to name a few.  We then audit our findings against existing processes and contracts to ensure you're getting the value your business requires.

Once we've uncovered our key area's of focus, Chicago Technology Brokers will assist in preparing a Request For Proposal.  With our experience, we will select multiple partners that best fit for your specific business needs.  This could be based on technology, industry, cost or other factors. We'll work with you to select the best possible fit for your needs!

Once a new (or existing) partner is selected, Chicago Technology Brokers will work directly with your existing provider, the new provider and our clients to either transition the service or enhance your experience with your existing one.
